Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask PT Nderek Gusti Adil Karya (“CapiMail”) to delete personal data we hold about you. It covers your CapiMail account and workspace data, and data we receive from platforms you connect to CapiMail, such as a Meta WhatsApp Business Account when that integration is enabled for your workspace.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@capimail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Send it from the email address on your CapiMail account, and include your workspace (organization) name.
  3. Say what you want deleted: your whole account and workspace, a specific contact or recipient, or the data from a connected platform (for example, a disconnected WhatsApp Business Account).

We verify that the request comes from an authorized member of the workspace before deleting anything, so we may ask you to confirm your identity. We confirm by email when the request is complete, or explain which records we must keep and why.

Disconnecting a connected platform

If you connected a Meta WhatsApp Business Account, you can also remove CapiMail's access from your Meta Business settings. After access is removed, we stop using the connection and, on request, delete the identifiers and message records we received through it (such as WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, template records, and message delivery statuses).

If you are a recipient

If you received an email or message sent by one of our customers, that customer controls your data. Contact the sender first. You can also write to us and we will forward your request to the responsible workspace. To stop marketing email from a CapiMail customer, use the unsubscribe link in that email.

What we may need to keep

Some records may be retained after a deletion request where we have a legal or legitimate need, such as billing and tax records, the credit ledger, security logs, and suppression entries that prevent us from emailing an address that asked not to be contacted.
